From Manufacturing to Industrial Real Estate

Our story did not begin in real estate. In 1977, we started in manufacturing. In 1987, we established our presence in Taichung Industrial Park, growing alongside industries and businesses over the years. Through industry shifts and brand transformations, we developed a deep understanding of land, industrial facilities, business operations, and space requirements. Today, we draw on decades of industry experience to invest in Industrial Real Estate and manage assets for the long term.
